    Traditional local in old town Portsmouth. Good selection of ales including a well kept Bass.

    My uncle Tom's favorite place.  We went there a few times when I was visiting relatives in the UK years ago - they would call him up if he didn't show for lunch.  A classic ideal of what an American thinks a British pub would be like.
